Walked on the lot at 5:15pm. Test drove the vehicle right away and drove off the lot two hours later. Probably my best car buying experience ever at a dealer. No pressure sales and Patrick (salesman) was fantastic and chill. Saif, finance manager, was great! Friendly & down to earth. The sales manager (can’t remember his name) came by and introduced himself and told a story. Honestly it was the most pleasure experience I’ve had and it was quick. No haggling. No BS. 10/10 experience!

The salesman we worked with, Fred, was so easy to work with. Excellent service by August, especially when tracking down maintenance plan from our Texas home. He was very personable and clear in communications. However, I feel a bit upsold on dealer maintenance services not required or recommended by Toyota. I should have done my own research prior to agreeing to additional services.

By far the easiest car purchase I've ever made. Found the car on the inventory finder at Toyota.com with full pricing, that connected me to the dealer. My sales rep Fred S. was very helpful and the whole process was straightforward. Most of the documents were handled online. When it came time to pick up the vehicle, I just showed up, handed them a check for the agreed-upon amount, a specialist showed me features of the car, and I drove away. No upsells, no nonsense.
Today I give a five stars for my review. The same as last year for my service. My service Appointment was handled by Paul Bojescu. Paul is always knowledgeable, pleasant, and courteous. Fantastic service. Jesse is the man. We purchased a vehicle from an out of state dealership and there was a missing slide pin on the caliper. Took it to this location and they got it fixed up as fast as they could and gave a great loaner vehicle for the time needed. Will definitely be coming back for service and future purchases.
