This review is for one of the salespersons, Fred. On their website, I found the Land Cruiser I was considering to purchase. The site said the vehicle was in-transit and not immediately available. Car availability and delivery at a excellent price. The car was delivered from their sister Orange city dealership.

Close to home. Shuttle home is good. Service writer was nice. Gold deal on oil change.

Parker was my contact over the phone while inquiring about an used vehicle. When the numbers did not work for either of us, Parker suggested another option that did, it was a new vehicle. I live about an hour away and did not want to waste time at dealership and everyone was accommodating. Parker got me the needed paperwork to expedite the process, Robin in financing answered my questions and both Sammy and Robin had me out the door with my new vehicle in less than 40 minutes with the assurance that all my questions had been answered.

Nate Morbee is a great guy who kept his word in all dealings and is lot of fun to chat with. He had the car's Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, etc etc all set up for in a few minutes, and I drove away completely happy with the transaction

Working with Todd Kist was great. He kept me informed as to the status of my car while I waited for it to be delivered.

My Service Advisor (Gus Rich) was excellent. He explained in detail what service was needed and why, and he also explained what service I could defer until later. Gus was very responsive and continuously updated me on the status of my car. I really appreciated the time that Gus took to explain everything to me. The waiting area at the dealership is very nice and comfortable. I was able to get free WiFi and find a secluded area to work uninterupted.

Our service associate was great. We did not finance our car. I do have a complaint that we were not told about the rebate from SDGE by the finance department or sales representative. We learned by chance months later of this rebate from the SDGE information on our bill about the rebate, if we hadn’t done the inquiry we would have missed $1,000. As it was there was a time limit that we made by the skin of our teeth. Our representatives should mention this to the prospective buyers.
